Brand Terms
Last updated 4 October 2026
These terms apply to fashion brands and commercial partners who publish looks and product information to DrobeFit.
1. Acceptance
These Brand Terms govern use of the DrobeFit brand portal and the publishing of brand content to DrobeFit. They are entered into between Avangard International, based in Uzbekistan (“DrobeFit”, “we”) and the business you represent (“Brand”, “you”). By creating a brand account or submitting content, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the portal.
2. Brand-account eligibility
Brand accounts are for businesses, not for individuals acting privately. You must be able to enter into a binding commercial agreement. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for the activity of everyone you allow to use them.
3. Authority to represent the business
By using the portal you confirm that you are authorised to act for the Brand and to grant the permissions in these terms. If that authority ends, you must stop using the portal and tell us so access can be transferred or closed.
4. Rights in the content you submit
You keep ownership of your product photography, look imagery, logos, brand names, descriptions, and trademarks. You confirm that for everything you submit you either own the necessary rights or hold the licences, permissions, and releases required to publish it and to allow the use described in section 5 — including for photography produced by third parties and for any people appearing in it.
5. Permission to host, process, and display your content
You grant DrobeFit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for display, moderate, publish, and distribute your submitted commercial content within the DrobeFit service. This licence expressly includes the technical processing of that content and the generation of virtual try-on representations of your products, so that they can be viewed and tried on within the service.
This licence is limited to operating the service. Using your content for unrelated advertising, marketing, or in any way that implies your endorsement of or partnership with DrobeFit requires your separate written permission. The licence ends when you remove the content or your account closes, subject to section 12.
6. Responsibility for product information
You are responsible for the accuracy of prices, product details, availability, and the external store links you publish, and for keeping them up to date. Transactions arising from those links are between you and the customer. We are not a party to them, and we do not verify or guarantee your product information.
7. Prohibited content
You must not submit or publish:
- content you do not hold the rights to, including counterfeit goods and third-party trademarks or photography used without permission;
- imagery of people who have not consented to its use in this way;
- imagery of minors submitted without all legally required consents, permissions, and releases, or any content involving minors that is unsafe, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate;
- unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, or misleading content, including misrepresented products;
- malicious links, or links leading somewhere other than the product they claim to represent.
8. Review, moderation, and removal
Submitted content may be reviewed before publication. We may reject, remove, or unpublish content that breaches these terms, is subject to a credible rights complaint, or creates legal or safety risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.
9. Virtual try-on limitations
Virtual try-on produces computer-generated approximations of how a garment may look. It does not guarantee exact appearance, fit, sizing, texture, drape, or colour, and results may contain visual artefacts. You should not present DrobeFit try-on imagery to your customers as an exact representation of a product, and we give no warranty as to its accuracy.
10. Analytics and performance information
Any performance information we provide is aggregated and estimated, and is offered for guidance only. It is not a guarantee of traffic, reach, engagement, conversions, or sales. Performance information is not independently audited and must not be described as guaranteed, certified, or independently verified.
11. Portal availability and changes
The brand portal is under active development. Features may change, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may modify or discontinue parts of the portal as the product evolves, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the portal and request closure of your brand account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if required by law, or where necessary to protect the service, its users, or third-party rights.
On termination, your published content is withdrawn from the service within a reasonable period. Limited copies may temporarily remain in backups, system logs, or moderation records, or be retained where this is legally necessary, and are deleted in the ordinary course once no longer required.
13. DrobeFit intellectual property
The DrobeFit name, interface, design, and software belong to us, and these terms transfer none of it to you. You may refer to DrobeFit factually when describing your presence on the service, but you may not use our branding in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership beyond what has been agreed.
14. Subscription and fees
Publishing to the DrobeFit PhotoFeed requires an active brand subscription. The price and billing interval are shown in the portal before you confirm, and no charge is applied without that confirmation. Nothing in these terms creates a payment obligation on its own.
Payments are taken by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, under their own terms; we receive the resulting subscription status and never see your card details. A subscription renews for the interval you chose until it is cancelled.
You can cancel from the portal at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access for the period you have already paid for; when that period ends, publishing stops and your published content may cease to appear. Cancelling does not by itself refund amounts already paid, except where the law or the payment provider’s own process gives you that right.
15. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the portal is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, including as to commercial results or the accuracy of generated imagery. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for all claims connected with the portal is limited to the total amounts you paid us for it in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Where you have paid us nothing in that period, that limit is zero, and our liability is limited accordingly so far as the law allows. You remain responsible for claims arising from content you published without holding the necessary rights. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, where the operator is based, and disputes may be brought before the competent courts there. If the business you represent is established elsewhere, this does not displace any mandatory rule of the law of that place that applies to you regardless of choice of law, or any right you have to bring proceedings in your own courts where such a rule gives you one.
17. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the portal develops. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page and notify brand accounts of material changes.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@drobefit.app. See also our Privacy Policy.
These terms cover the brand portal only. Shoppers using the DrobeFit AI mobile application are covered by the separate DrobeFit AI Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
DrobeFit is published and operated by Avangard International, Uzbekistan.
