DrobeFit AI Privacy Policy
Last updated 4 October 2026
This policy explains what the DrobeFit AI mobile app does with your information — the photos you give it, what it creates from them, how long any of it is kept, and how to have it deleted.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the DrobeFit AI mobile application. It does not cover the DrobeFit website or the brand portal, which fashion brands use to publish looks — those are covered by the separate brand privacy policy.
DrobeFit AI is published and operated by Avangard International, based in Uzbekistan, which is responsible for the data described here.
2. How to reach us
For anything in this policy, including privacy requests, write to support@drobefit.app.
3. What we process
Your account
When you create an account we process your email address and, if you set one, your display name. You can sign in with an email and password, or with Google; Sign in with Apple appears in the app and works where it is available. When you use a sign-in provider, that provider tells us an account identifier and your email address — we never receive your password for it.
Your body reference photo
A try-on needs a photo of you to place clothes on. That photo is stored in private storage that only your own account can read, and it stays until you replace it or your account is deleted. It is used to create try-on images and for nothing else. We do not use it to recognise or identify anyone, and we do not build a biometric profile from it.
Garment and outfit photos
Photos of clothes you upload are processed to produce a try-on, and the ones you save as outfit cards are kept in your own private storage until you delete them.
Photos of other people — “Try on a friend”
If you use Try on a friend, the photo of that person is used for that one try-on. The app asks you to confirm that you have their permission before it is sent anywhere, it never replaces your own body reference photo, and it is removed from storage once the generation has finished. We do not keep a profile of that person, or their name.
Generated images
Try-on results are stored in private storage tied to your account. See how long we keep things.
Saved outfits, likes and follows
We store the outfit cards you save, the posts you like, and the brands you follow, so the app can show them back to you. Where a like or a follow affects a brand’s public counts, it is passed on as a count under a pseudonymous key — the brand is not told which account it came from.
Reports
If you report a generated image, we store the report, the reason you chose and which result it refers to, so it can be reviewed.
Purchases
Try-on credit packs are sold through Google Play. Google processes the payment — we never see your card details. We receive and store a record that a purchase was verified, so the credits can be added to your balance and so a refund or reversal can be applied.
Technical information
The app needs the usual technical basics to work: it talks to our backend over the internet, and our provider processes connection information such as an IP address as part of serving those requests. The app ships with no advertising SDK, no third-party analytics SDK and no crash-reporting SDK.
Things kept only on your phone
Your style and colour choices, and the optional height, weight and age you can enter in your profile, are saved on the device itself and are not sent to our servers. Removing the app removes them.
4. Why we process it
- To create the try-on images you ask for.
- To give you an account, and to keep it secure.
- To store what you chose to save, and show it back to you.
- To run the PhotoFeed and show brand content.
- To sell and deliver try-on credits, and to handle refunds.
- To review reports and act on abuse.
- To meet legal, tax and platform obligations.
5. AI image processing
Creating a try-on means sending images to a third-party AI image service. Today that provider is fal.ai. When you request a generation, our server sends the provider temporary links to the relevant images — your body reference photo (or, for a friend try-on, that person’s photo) and the garment images — and receives the generated result. The provider handles that data under its own terms; we do not make promises here about what it does or does not retain.
We do not use your photos to train our own models, and we do not sell your data.
6. Your consent to AI processing
AI photo processing is a choice you control, in Profile → Privacy → AI photo processing.
- Nothing is sent for generation until you have agreed. The app asks before your first try-on.
- While it is off, no new try-on can be generated — the request is refused before any image is uploaded or sent, and no try-on credit is used.
- You can turn it back on at any time, in the same place.
- Turning it off stops new processing. It does not, by itself, delete results you already have — you can delete those yourself, or delete your account.
7. Who else is involved
- Supabase — hosts our database, authentication and private file storage.
- fal.ai — the AI image service that generates try-ons, as described above.
- Google Play — sign-in with Google and all purchases, under Google’s own terms.
- Email delivery — for account emails such as confirmation and password reset.
These providers process data so we can run the service. Some of them operate outside your country, which means your information may be processed elsewhere.
8. How your files are protected
Body photos, outfit photos and generated results live in private storage. They are not public, they are scoped to your own account, and the app reaches them through short-lived signed links rather than permanent public URLs. Traffic between the app and our backend is encrypted.
9. How long we keep things
- Generated results you do not save: ordinarily deleted about 7 days after they are produced.
- Results you save as outfit cards: kept until you delete them or delete your account.
- Your body reference photo: kept until you replace it or delete your account.
- A result that has been reported: kept while the report is open, so it can be reviewed.
- Your account and its data: removed through the deletion process below.
- Limited records — such as transaction, fraud-prevention, security, dispute or reporting records — may be kept, or kept in a de-identified form, where that is required by law or reasonably necessary for those purposes.
10. Deleting your account
In the app: Profile → Delete Account. You confirm it is you, then type DELETE. Once the request is accepted, access to the account is disabled and the deletion continues in the background — staged checks mean it is not instant. If you no longer have the app, the same request can be made from our account deletion page.
Purchases already recorded by Google Play remain in Google’s systems under Google’s own policies.
11. Your choices
- Turn AI photo processing off, which stops new generations.
- Replace or remove content you saved.
- Delete your account, in the app or through the deletion page.
- Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or object to how we use it — write to support@drobefit.app. Local law may give you further rights, and we will honour those that apply to you.
12. Photos of other people
If you upload a photo of someone else, you are responsible for having their permission. Do not upload photos of children. If you believe a photo of you has been used without permission, contact us at support@drobefit.app and we will act on it.
13. Age
DrobeFit AI is not intended for children. You must be at least 13, and old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, as set out in the Terms of Service. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we will delete it.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app changes. The date at the top shows the current version, and we will make material changes clear in the app.
