Delete your DrobeFit account

Fastest method — delete in the app

If you still have access to DrobeFit AI:

1. Open DrobeFit AI.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm your identity.
5. Follow the deletion instructions shown in the app.

Once your deletion request is accepted, access to your account is disabled and deletion continues securely in the background.

Deletion may take some time to complete because DrobeFit performs staged security and cleanup checks.

No longer have access to the app?

You can request deletion by contacting support@drobefit.app.

Please send the request from the email address associated with your DrobeFit account.

For security, DrobeFit may ask you to verify that you own the account before the deletion request is processed.

We will never ask you to send your password, one-time password (OTP), Google password, payment-card details, or other login secrets by email.

What gets deleted?

The deletion process is designed to remove your DrobeFit account and associated user data, including applicable private photos and saved app content.

Some limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution or legal records may be retained or de-identified where required by law or reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Purchases and transaction records held independently by Google Play may remain in Google’s systems under Google’s own policies.
