DrobeFit AI Terms of Service
Last updated 4 October 2026
These terms apply to the DrobeFit AI mobile app. They explain what the service does, what you are responsible for, and how try-on credits work.
1. Who you are agreeing with
DrobeFit AI is published and operated by Avangard International, based in Uzbekistan (“DrobeFit”, “we”, “us”). These terms cover the consumer app only. Fashion brands publishing through the brand portal are covered by the separate Brand Terms.
2. Accepting these terms
By creating a DrobeFit account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use DrobeFit.
3. Who may use it
You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to form a binding agreement where you live. DrobeFit AI is not intended for children.
4. Your account
You can sign in with an email and password, or with Google; Sign in with Apple is offered where it is available. You are responsible for your credentials and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@drobefit.app if you think your account has been compromised.
5. What the service is
DrobeFit creates virtual try-on images: you supply a reference photo and one or more garment photos, and an AI image service produces a picture of how that look might appear. It is a visualisation aid, not a measurement, fitting or shopping service.
6. AI-generated results
Try-on images are AI-generated approximations. They are not a guarantee of fit, size, colour accuracy, fabric behaviour, or how a garment will look in reality. Generations may fail, produce artefacts, or return something you did not expect. Please do not rely on them as the only basis for a purchase.
7. Photos you upload
Upload only photos you are entitled to use. Body photos must be of you, or of someone who has given you permission. Before a friend try-on, the app asks you to confirm that permission — confirming it is a statement by you, and you are responsible for it. Do not upload photos of children.
8. Permission to process your images
Virtual try-on cannot work without processing your images. By requesting a generation you instruct us to send temporary access links for the relevant images to our AI generation provider so the result can be produced. You control this in Profile → Privacy → AI photo processing: while it is off, no generation can start. The Privacy Policy describes the flow in detail and forms part of these terms.
9. Your content stays yours
You keep ownership of what you upload. We claim no rights in it. You grant us a limited licence to host, store and process your content solely to operate the service for you — generating try-ons, storing your saved outfits, and showing them back to you. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies kept briefly in backups or where the law requires.
10. Things you must not do
- Upload images of other people without their permission, or any image of a child.
- Upload unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or infringing content.
- Impersonate someone, or create misleading imagery of a real person.
- Break, overload, reverse-engineer or work around limits, quotas or security controls.
- Resell or redistribute the service without our permission.
You can report a generated image from inside the app. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
11. Brand content and store links
The PhotoFeed shows looks published by fashion brands, and may link to their stores. Those businesses are independent of us: anything you buy there is between you and that retailer, under their terms. We are not responsible for third-party product information, availability or fulfilment.
12. Try-on credits and purchases
- DrobeFit includes a free monthly allowance of try-ons, which refreshes at the start of each month.
- You can also buy packs of try-on credits through Google Play. These are one-time purchases of a fixed quantity — there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
- Purchased credits go into one shared balance and are not set to expire under the current model.
- A generation claims one credit. If a generation fails in a way our system recognises as eligible, that claimed credit is restored automatically. Not every failure qualifies, and we do not promise that every one does.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged outside the service.
- Google processes all payments and we never see your card details. Purchases, refunds and reversals follow Google Play’s own terms and process. A purchase reversed or refunded by Google may have its credits removed.
- Deleting your account ends access to any credits left on it, and they are not refundable by us.
13. What we keep, and for how long
Generated results you do not save are ordinarily deleted after about seven days. Results you save stay until you delete them or delete your account. The Privacy Policy sets this out in full.
14. Ending it
You can stop using DrobeFit at any time and delete your account from Profile → Delete Account, or through our account deletion page. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if the law requires it, or if it is necessary to protect the service or the people using it.
15. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep DrobeFit available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, and parts of the service may be modified or discontinued as the product develops.
16. Third-party services
DrobeFit relies on other providers, including Google Play, our hosting and database provider, and the AI image service that produces try-ons. Their own terms apply to what they do, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions beyond what the law requires of us.
17. Disclaimers
So far as the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and the accuracy of generated results.
18. Limitation of liability
So far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
19. Governing law and your local rights
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, where the operator is based, and disputes may be brought before the competent courts there. This does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim before your local courts where that law gives you one.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top shows the current version, and we will make material changes clear in the app.
