How can we help?
Answers for the DrobeFit AI app, from your first try-on to deleting your account.
Getting started
DrobeFit AI is a mobile app that shows you how clothes might look on you before you buy them.
What does DrobeFit AI do?
You add a photo of yourself and a photo of a garment — or pick a brand’s look in the PhotoFeed — and DrobeFit creates an AI-generated preview of that look on you. It’s a visualisation aid: it doesn’t measure you and doesn’t guarantee fit, size or colour.
How do I sign in?
With an email and password, or with Google. On iPhone you can also use Sign in with Apple where it is available; on Android, Sign in with Apple is coming soon.
Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen.
Who can use DrobeFit?
You need to be at least 13 years old and old enough to form a binding agreement where you live. DrobeFit AI isn’t intended for children. See the App Terms.
What photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos. A neutral background helps, but normal backgrounds work as long as the photo is sharp. Avoid dark, blurry, heavily filtered or obstructed photos.
AI try-on
How a try-on is made, and what happens to the photos involved.
How does a try-on work?
DrobeFit uses your saved body reference photo together with the outfit image to create a personalised preview. You can add a short style note, such as “make this more casual”, to guide the result. Results are AI-generated approximations and can differ from the real garment.
Why does the app ask about AI photo processing?
A try-on can’t be made without sending your images to our AI image provider. Nothing is sent until you agree, and the app asks before your first try-on. You can turn it off or on at any time in Profile → Privacy → AI photo processing; while it is off, no try-on can start. The App Privacy Policy explains the processing in full.
Can I try clothes on a friend?
Yes, with Try on a friend. The app asks you to confirm that you have their permission before their photo is sent anywhere. The photo is used for that one try-on, and we remove it from our storage when the try-on has finished; if that doesn’t complete — for example, if the app is closed mid-try-on — the app removes it later. Never upload photos of children.
What happens if a try-on fails?
If a try-on doesn’t finish and no image is created, the try-on it used is returned to your balance automatically. A try-on that was created isn’t returned because you would have liked a different result. If an image is offensive or wrong, report it from the result itself.
Where are my results saved?
Save the results you want to keep as outfit cards in the app; you can also download them to your phone’s gallery. Results you don’t save are ordinarily deleted after about seven days. Saved results stay until you delete them or delete your account.
What about brand looks in the PhotoFeed?
Brands publish looks you can try on and follow through to their store. Anything you buy there is between you and that retailer. If a brand removes a look, try-ons you already saved from it stay in your saved outfits.
Credits & purchases
Each try-on uses one credit, from your free monthly allowance or from a pack you bought.
Is there a free allowance?
Yes. DrobeFit includes a free monthly allowance of try-ons that refreshes at the start of each calendar month (UTC).
How do I buy more try-ons?
Buy a credit pack in the app, through the store you installed DrobeFit from — Google Play on Android, or the App Store on iPhone where purchases are offered there. Packs are one-time purchases: there’s no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
While you have purchased credits, a try-on uses them first, before the free allowance. Free and purchased try-ons may use different image-quality settings. Purchased credits aren’t set to expire under the current model.
How do I get a refund?
Payments are taken by the store, so refunds follow its own process:
- Android: Google Play refunds
- iPhone: Report a problem with Apple
A purchase the store refunds or reverses may have its credits removed. Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred.
My purchase didn't arrive
Email support@drobefit.app with the date and the order number from your Google Play or App Store receipt, and the email address of your DrobeFit account.
What happens to my credits if I delete my account?
Deleting your account ends access to any credits left on it, and they aren’t refundable by us.
Account & privacy
Your photos are private to your account, and you can delete the account at any time.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account, confirm your identity and follow the instructions. If you no longer have the app, you can request deletion by email.
Delete your DrobeFit account — step-by-step instructions, the email route, and what is deleted.
Who can see my photos?
Your body photo, outfit photos and try-on results are kept in private storage that only your account can read. They aren’t publicly browsable, and we don’t use your photo to recognise or identify anyone. See the App Privacy Policy.
