Privacy Policy
Last updated 4 October 2026
This policy explains how DrobeFit handles information from fashion brands and their authorised representatives using this website and the brand portal.
1. Scope
DrobeFit is operated by Avangard International, based in Uzbekistan (“DrobeFit”, “we”, “us”). This policy applies to this commercial website and to the DrobeFit brand portal, which fashion brands and their authorised representatives use to publish looks and product information.
It does not cover the DrobeFit AI consumer mobile application. If you are a shopper rather than a brand, the policy that applies to you is the DrobeFit AI Privacy Policy.
2. Brand representative account information
When someone creates or is invited to a brand account, we process the information needed to identify them and secure access: their name, work email address, the role or permissions they hold within the brand account, and the account identifier and sign-in records associated with it. This information relates to individuals acting in a professional capacity on behalf of a business.
3. Business and contact information
We process information about the business itself, including the brand or company name, the details you give us for commercial contact, and any information you provide during onboarding so we can set up and verify the account.
4. Product and collection content
We process the commercial content you upload in order to publish it: looks, collections, and the individual products they contain, together with the way you have grouped and organised them.
5. Product media and commercial details
This includes:
- product photography and look imagery;
- brand names, logos, and other brand marks you supply;
- product titles, descriptions, and styling information;
- prices and availability information;
- links to your own store or product pages.
This content is supplied for publication and is intended to be shown publicly within the DrobeFit service.
6. Brand-portal activity
We keep records of what happens in the portal so the service works and can be supported: content you create, edit, or delete, submissions for review, the outcome of moderation, publication and removal, and the time and account associated with each of those actions.
7. Communications, onboarding, and support
When you contact us about partnership, onboarding, moderation decisions, or support, we process the messages you send and our replies so we can respond and keep a record of what was agreed or resolved.
8. Aggregated performance information
Where we make performance information available about your published content — for example how often a look was viewed or tried on — it is aggregated and estimated. It describes activity on your own content only. It does not identify individual people, and it does not include photographs or personal content belonging to the people who used the consumer application.
9. How we use this information
- To create, secure, and administer brand accounts.
- To publish your looks and products within the service.
- To review and moderate submitted content.
- To provide performance information about your own content.
- To communicate with you about your account and the service.
- To investigate misuse and enforce our terms.
- To maintain, secure, and improve the reliability of the platform.
We do not sell personal information.
10. Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run the platform:
- Supabase — database, authentication and private file storage for the brand portal.
- Lemon Squeezy — checkout and subscription billing for paid brand plans. They process the payment; we receive the subscription status and never see your card details.
- Resend — delivery of transactional email such as application decisions and moderation notices.
- Google — where you choose to sign in with a Google account.
They process information on our behalf, under contract, and only to provide those services to us. Each handles data under its own terms, and some operate outside your country. Engaging providers in this way is not a sale of personal information.
11. Storage and security
Access to brand content is restricted to the brand account it belongs to and to the DrobeFit personnel who need it to operate and moderate the service. Information is encrypted in transit. No online service can promise perfect security, and we do not claim to be an exception, but we work to protect your content and limit who can reach it.
12. Retention
We keep brand account information and published content for as long as the account is active. Content you remove is withdrawn from publication. Moderation decisions, administrative audit entries and subscription records are kept as the record of what was decided and what was paid. We may retain limited records where we need them to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
13. Your choices, correction, export, and deletion
You can edit or remove content you have published through the portal. To correct account information, request a copy of the information we hold about your brand account, or ask us to close the account and delete its content, contact us using the details in section 15. Depending on where you are, you may have additional rights over personal data, and you can exercise them through the same contact route.
14. Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and notify brand accounts where appropriate.
15. Contact
